Alberta’s countryside does not all wear the same name. Municipal districts, counties, special areas, and summer villages are different clothes on related bodies. RMA is the rural association. Irrigation districts and school divisions cut across those clothes without asking the county graphic designer.
Calgary and Edmonton stay out of this box unless they pull a requisition, a commuter rule, or a health-map change into the surrounding districts. The desk is for the MD shop, the hamlet, and the summer village that still posts minutes as a scan.
